We recommend packing comfortable winter clothing for outdoor activities, yoga or workout attire, warm slippers or cozy socks for indoor comfort, a journal and pen for reflective exercises, as well as personal toiletries and any necessary medications.
Yes! Fill out the registration form with your dietary requirements (e.g., vegetarian, gluten-free, or any allergies), and we will be happy to accommodate them.
Guests will enjoy staying in a cozy chalet with shared rooms. Private rooms are available for an additional $100, subject to availability. The accommodations are warm, inviting, and nestled in the heart of nature.
Absolutely! You may feel like an introvert until you connect with like-minded individuals. This retreat is perfect for women who are introverted, navigating a challenging phase, reassessing their lives, or simply seeking an opportunity to unwind, learn, and bond with others. All activities, including yoga and outdoor winter options, are thoughtfully designed to be welcoming and suitable for all skill levels.
This retreat is exclusively for women. Feel free to bring a female friend or partner to share the experience!
Cancellations are non-refundable; however, your spot can be transferred to another eligible participant. To provide competitive rates for our retreats, we secure bookings in advance, which is why refunds are not offered. This approach allows us to maintain affordability while delivering a high-quality experience.
Yes! Although the schedule features structured sessions, there is plenty of free time to relax, journal, explore the surroundings, indulge in spa services, or simply connect with yourself for personal reflection.
Transportation will be provided either in a mini-bus or van.
Private rooms are available for an additional $100 per person for two nights, subject to availability. Winter outdoor activities, such as skiing, snowshoeing, and others, will be charged separately.
