Women Who Thrive
Women Who Thrive (WWT) is an initiative dedicated to showcasing the journeys, talents, and expertise of women whose potential often goes unseen. By sharing their stories, we aim to create visibility, unlock meaningful opportunities, and connect them with communities and networks that recognize and value their contributions. We believe many women carry extraordinary talent, experience, and courage that the world rarely sees. WWT exists to spotlight these journeys, amplify their voices, and open doors that allow them; and their families, to move forward with confidence, dignity, and purpose.
If any of our featured journeys, resonates with you, or if you are in a position to support these women, please reach out to us at support@fowes.org. We will be happy to connect you and facilitate meaningful collaboration.

Thanuji Ranasingha
From humble beginnings to rebuilding life in a new country, Thanuji’s journey is a testament to perseverance, sacrifice, and the quiet strength of a family that never gave up. It is the story of a mother, a scholar, and a doer; a journey shaped by resilience, shared family sacrifices, and the courage to fall, rise, and begin again despite uncertainty.
Step into her journey to witness the moments behind the milestones, the struggles behind the strength, and the determination that continues to carry her forward.
Follow her story as it unfolds: a reminder that thriving is not a destination, but a decision made every single day.
